4 oz. butter, melted
¼ cup (1¾ oz.) erythritol
¼ tsp salt
Filling
2 lbs cream cheese
1 cup heavy whipping cream (also known as double or thickened cream)
½ cup (3 2⁄3oz.) erythritol
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 lemon, juice and zest

This is a very nice recipe idea from Julia McPhee, a fellow blogger, who lives in New Zealand. It’s a ‘low Carb lemon yoghurt cheesecake’, and is a special dessert – for a special occasion like Birthdays, Christmas, Anniversary etc.
Ingredients

2.5g carb per serving
1.5 – 2 cups Almond meal or almond flour
150 g. Butter (melted)
Juice and rind of 5 medium sized Lemons
2 cups cream
1 cup natural Greek yoghurt (full fat, unsweetened)
2 tsp Natvia (or sweetener of choice)
2 tbsp. Gelatine powder
¼ cup boiling water
